With the motive to develop Taiwanese style dim Sum, he cooperated with several other young entrepreneurs to establish the first Yi Ya Dim Sun Restaurant on an alley near Roosevelt Road in Taipei around 1991.In 1992, he established E Ya Ji Hong Kong style Restaurant at the Section 2 of Roosevelt Road. Ever since then, diners and gourmets have filled the premises all the time and the business booms very well. In 1993, another establishment, ERG Food Company was founded at Yonghe District for the effort to create sales channels for refrigerated food supply business, afterward, it was relocated to Zhonghe District until present. For many years, ERG Food Company has become the most preferred source for those B2B businesses, restaurant sectors, banquet locations and 5-star hotels.
